Service Satisfaction

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service provided did not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
- There was a billing error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Situations where the service was completed as requested and the issue is due to a change in customer requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
